There are so many medicines and devises that can help with weight so why not take advantage of them.  Despite the many factors of obesity, rather they be medical or inherited, you know that there is no excuse for becoming overweight.  Even if the odds are against you, you can still fight to win over a healthy life worth living.  The world should pull together and try and fight this epidemic instead of running away or blaming other people for their own misunderstanding and or wrong doings.  No one should want to die because of simple laziness and or stupidity.  Please conceder these very important facts about obesity and make your choice? It’s amazing to me that with numbers as high as 54 million people overweight that more people aren’t concerned with this problem. Obesity can cause long
Term health problems and have detrimental mental effects. Do you really want to take a chance on rather you live a long and healthy life just so you can eat fatty foods and be inactive? Like I’ve said before, there are many ways to avoid becoming obese. All a person really has to do is cut down on their fat intake and stay active. When I say stay active I mean go out on a regular bases and exercise. You don’t have to start your first time running a complete mile just start small and build up your endurance.
